B. AMRAP in 10 min.:

Level 2:
A1. Clean Deadlift - 2x10 @ 110% of 1RM Clean, rest 60 sec.
A2. Bench Press - 5x5, heavy but fast; rest 2 min.
-Bench Press to be performed in between every other set of Clean Deadlifts
B. AMRAP in 7 min.:
12 Pull-Ups
12 Pistols
12 HR Push-Ups
C1. 10x3 Strict Weighted GH Raise, rest 60 sec. (no swing, start from parallel)
C2. 20x3 UB GHD Sit-ups
