**Summertime Visitors**
Traditionally, summertime has always presented us with the opportunity to provide a place for traveling CrossFitters to get their WOD on. We'd like to thank Josh, Courtney, Brian, and Allison for stopping through to "get it in" while they were on vacation. It's always interesting talking with CFers from other areas and getting their perspectives on all things CrossFit.
**Europa Beast of the East Qualifier**
Come support Brian T. at the Connecticut Convention Center in Hartford, CT on June 30th as he battles it out at the Europa Beast of the East Qualifier. Brian and 100 other competitors will be competing in 4 CrossFit-style workouts aimed at testing their overall fitness and work capacity. The competition starts at 9am and will be going all day. If you're thinking about competing in a Crossfit event, this will give you a good opportunity to get a feel for the experience and the atmosphere that you'll face on "game day".
