A. Back Squat (Level 2 & 3) - 20 x 1 @ 50-60% of 1RM; focus on generating bar speed; rest-pause < 4 sec. between reps
B. As many reps as possible (AMRAP) in 12 minutes:
3 Power Snatches, 95/135 lbs.
*Level 1 = (1 Snatch Deadlift + 1 Hang Power Snatch) x 3
20 Double Unders (40 singles)
