**Instructor Training Program (ITP) Class - 1st meeting**
The first meeting for our Instructor Training Program class is tonight @ 6:30pm. It will last approximately 45 minutes and attendance is highly recommended for anyone that wants to enroll in our ITP track. If you really cannot make it, you'll have to schedule a meeting time with me (Randy) before we meet again next week.
What you should expect - Discussion of the purpose, goals and objectives of our ITP program, our vision for what a high-quality trainer development program will look like (the framework), our expectations from you, your expectations of us as potential employers, your expectations of the ITP program itself (what you hope to get out of it), overview of program components (areas of focus) and and class structure.
What you need to bring - a pen, notebook, and an open mind. Think of this as a college-level class you will be attending.
**Corey's New Cookbook**
Our guy Corey has just published a new cookbook on Paleo-quality recipes that he's been working on for about year. It is available at Amazon.com for the super-duper low intro price of $2.99. Corey has been with us since 2008 and has been an ardent supporter of SECTCF, so we want to do all we can to help promote latest work! The book has many tasty recipes all conveniently located in one place, making it easy for you to whip up a delicious Paleo meal in minutes.

Ricky - I too have had success with this cnellahge. I satisfy my need for the starchy stuff by boiling yucca root or sweet potatoes from Time to time. I def feel less tired n lighter onMy feet. For anyone wanting to give yucca root a try here's a simple recipe. I know u can find it at any of the Spanish supermarketsIn a bowl place sliced up small red onion and let sit in a mixture of one part vinegar one part water. For an hour then drainTake 2 pieces of root (about 2 lbs ) peel chop the root open long ways. Then into two inch pieces. boil in water n a pinch of salt till fork tender. In a separate bowl combine onions olive oil salt pepper oregano a couple of bay leaves and stuffed olives if u like. Let yucca cool then remove the hard stringy vien they have in the middle. Should come right off. Combine with the onions n it's done. This goes well with chicken, pork, ribs etc.. Or alone as a salad.Enjoy
