"CrossFit Total"

Back Squat - 1-1-1

Shoulder Press - 1-1-1

Deadlift - 1-1-1

*Take 3 attempts at each lift.  The lifts must be performed in the order they are listed.  Make sure to warm-up each lift properly, and to give yourself enough rest between each set.  The general "rule of thumb" for rest time is 2-4 minutes between sets.  Go heavy!

**Ocean State CrossFit Master's Throwdown**

This Saturday, June 9th is the OSCF Master's Throwdown.  Come out and support Corey and Kasey as they head to Cranston, Rhode Island to compete in a fun, CrossFit-style fitness event for people 40+.

**CFP Eye of the Storm: A Garage Games Event**

There is a sign-up sheet posted next to the both whiteboards for you to sign if you are planning on competing in the CFP Eye of the Storm competition at the end of September.  They a number of different divisions, making it a very inclusive event that many of you can participate in.
