South East CT Barbell Club
At SECT CrossFit you can also participate in the South East CT Barbell Club. Our club is intended for recreational lifters interested in learning the classic lifts and possibly competing in sanctioned meets, and for those who just want to improve their daily CrossFit workout times by getting stronger, more powerful, and more proficient with the lifts. We will get you to your goal through proper lifting technique, nutrition, programming, and proper tapering. ]SECTBC members train as a group every Satuday morning from 9am-10:30pm. The rest of the week members train at their own convenience, with us providing the club programming.
