Individualized Program Design
SECTCF offers individualized assessment and programming to ensure that our athletes are hitting their personal fitness goals based on their ability levels, and for those that are ready take their fitness to the next level. Below are the steps you'll need to take to intiate the program.
You must first set up a consultation and assessment. At this time, each individual will be put through a battery of physical tests, as well as a mobility screening. This personal assessment is the first step to making you a stronger, faster, and more fit athlete. If you are ready to make to committment and take yourself to the next level, inquire about this program immediately!
Each month from here on out will consist of the re-assessment, nutritional consult, program design, and gym-use fee. This allows you to train when you can based on your program and the preset "on" days. You will train by yourself during these sessions, however you will have the availability to ask any coach you may see if you have questions. You will be reassessed every month and based on the re-assessment, you will be given a new program for the next four weeks.
