CrossFit group classes
Group fitness classes that are challenging, fun, and results-orientated. Our CrossFit program aims to deliver a high-performance, balanced fitness by improving the areas of body composition, strength, power, stamina, agility, balance, coordination, speed, cardiorespiratory endurance, accuracy, and flexibility. The camaraderie and energy found in our CrossFit group classes is unlike anything found in a commercial gym environment.
Each class provides opportunities for our members to develop their abilities and really unleash their true fitness potential! Our coaches work with each individual on their nutrition and everyone receives a general nutrition packet when they join. What sets us apart from other CrossFit facilities in the area is our professionalism, our passion, and our laser beam-focus on our members' progress. Our community is tight-knit, with each class filled with highly motivated participants ranging from soccer moms to military/police/firemen, and grandparents. CrossFit is for everyone and anyone who is serious about their health, nutrition, and fitness.
