Step 1: 1-on-1 Intro Session

Call and schedule your complimentary intro, 1-on-1 session with one of our certified SECT CrossFit instructors. 

 

During the intro session you will not only do a light warm-up and modified CrossFit workout, but will get a feel for our facility and training atmosphere.  This is also a time for you to ask any questions you may have and learn more about the CrossFit philosophy of fitness.

Step 2 - Register

After the intro session you can register for any our programs.  You have the ability to then come to any group class time of your choosing, and are never committed to one specific class time.  There is no need to call ahead and schedule your training times, but you are expected to be at class 5-10 minutes early.

Each day every class completes the same Workout of the Day (WOD), so you will have plenty of options for classes that work around your schedule. CrossFit is the best fitness program around, and the community at SECT CrossFit will have you feeling right on home. The best programming of CrossFit involves 4-6 days a week of training, thus maximizing your training time. However, we do realize that people need other options so we have packages for 1, 2, 3, and unlimited classes per week for your convenience.

If CrossFit group class format does not fit your schedule, or you would rather keep it more intimate you can schedule personal training sessions.  If you choose this option, you can schedule personal training sessions with a certified SECT CrossFit coach to give you the personal attention you deserve and help get you superior results.  Please contact us now to get started with this option, as there is limited availability.
