Bench Press...</title><content type='html'>090710&lt;br /&gt;Back Squat&lt;br /&gt;195lbs x 5 x 3 sets&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bench Press&lt;br /&gt;150lbs x 5 x 3 sets&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;On the minute:&lt;br /&gt;2 Power Clean &amp;amp; Jerks on the minute for 15 mins.  5 burpees for each failed lift.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;15 mins (30 reps) @ 160lbs&lt;br /&gt;no failed attempts&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I finally started to feel like I&amp;#39;m getting back into shape after being so sick last week.  I didn&amp;#39;t realize until recently how deconditioned it made me.  Form wasn&amp;#39;t 100%, the weight felt heavy, but it was doable.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;For those that haven&amp;#39;t checked out the 2009 CrossFit Games site yet, you should.  I&amp;#39;m pretty stoked about all the video that will be coming up this weekend.
