CrossFit group classes
Group fitness classes that are challenging, fun, and results-orientated. Our CrossFit program aims to deliver a high-performance, balanced fitness by improving the areas of body composition, strength, power, stamina, agility, balance, coordination, speed, cardiorespiratory endurance, accuracy, and flexibility. The camaraderie and energy found in our CrossFit group classes is unlike anything found in a commercial gym environment.
Unlike Foundations, these classes are more a refinement of technique, allowing the athlete to develop their athletic abilities and really unleash their true potential! Our coaches work with each individual on their nutrition and you will receive a beginers nutritional packet when you join. What sets us apart is our passion for what we do, and our passion for our members. Our community is one of the best around, with each class filled with motivated athletes ranging from soccer moms to professional athletes, military/police/firemen, and grandparents. CrossFit is for everyone and anyone who is serious about their health, nutrition, and fitness.
