We would like to welcome the Lebanon Fire Department to our CrossFit program! The LFD has chosen SECTCF as one of the facilities to include in their Health and Wellness Program, which is available to all firefighters in the department. Although many of them are fresh to the CrossFit program, they are quickly realizing the utility the program can provide them in their line of work.
