Randy Simmons, 51, a 27 year LAPD veteran and SWAT team member was killed February 6, 2008 in the line of duty. Our thoughts and prayers go out to Officer Simmons' wife and two children.

Damn being sick. This is one of my favorite WODs.
As of right now, I hope to be back working out by Monday (sooner if I feel it), but Monday by the latest.

Should've used more weight, but I hadn't snatched in awhile.
I am feeling the effects of taking a few days off for my birthday. No workouts, bad diet and beer. Need to hit a metcon on Monday!
