I suck at running.
I thought it was interestig how Chris Spealer tore his hands in a "different place than he usually does" when he attempted his 100 pullups for time. It was the same exact place Rich and I tore for the Trevor Challenge when we were going hard for time in front of people.

150lbs x 5 x 3 sets
On the minute:
2 Power Clean & Jerks on the minute for 15 mins. 5 burpees for each failed lift.
15 mins (30 reps) @ 160lbs
no failed attempts
I finally started to feel like I'm getting back into shape after being so sick last week. I didn't realize until recently how deconditioned it made me. Form wasn't 100%, the weight felt heavy, but it was doable.
For those that haven't checked out the 2009 CrossFit Games site yet, you should. I'm pretty stoked about all the video that will be coming up this weekend. Get some!
